The iPhone as a business tool?

After using the iPhone for a small period of time i became impressed not only with its dexterity and simple design, but more importantly with its usability. My first experience with the IPhone has been with the 8GB 3g model prior to the version 3 software update that was released in July 09, it was more of a business toy back then as opposed to the business tool I use it for now. Prior to July 09 the IPhone with all its techno grandure could not complete the simplest of tasks such as forwarding a text message! and connecting to Exchange for a great many small business server users was a disaster.

IPhone + V3 Update – IT JUST WORKS!!!

All change since Apple released its version 3 software update, now the connection to exchange is seamless opening the floodgates as a worthwhile business tool. Updating Calendars, Emails and Contacts on the move has never been simpler. A very reactive touch screen, suitable for reading a PowerPoint or watching a move, the interface will become second nature to any user and its quick and sleek menu screens make it extremely simple to use, designed by the Van Gough of the geek world but with the child in mind, simple – easy and as you would expect from Apple bloody sexy to boot.

In short, a great all rounder that many try to imitate but none can equal although they all keep trying, bias – maybe a little but then simple excellence should be appreciated.
